I'm back with healthy fusion recipe as promised in my last updated recipe!!
When we want eat something sweet/desert with very less cooking effort!!
When we want our body and tummy cool!!... So here it is the recipe of healthy bowl!!
Its mostly preferred in summers.
As we have goodness of yogurt/curd in it..Lets find how yogurt/curd, fruits and dry fruits...Lets have a look how its help us..
yogurt is the excellent source of calcium. Both calcium and phosphorous are the important minerals in making the bones and teeth stronger. Eating curd on regular basis is good as it helps to prevent from different arthritis problems and also deals with osteoporosis.
People who eat fruit as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases
Dried fruits like apricots, raisins, prunes and figs contain high amounts of beta carotene, vitamin E, niacin, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium.
So here it is the recipe of 'healthy bowl' easy, tasty and healthy!!

Ingredients
1/2 bowl apple (finely
chopped)
1/2 bowl pomegranate
1/4 bowl of freshly grated coconut
1/4 bowl of dates,almonds n raisin
4-5tbsp of honey n 1/4tsp crushed black pepper

Procedure
1. Take all ingridents in a big bowl and give a
good mix and sprinkle crushed black Pepper.
2. Your healthy bowl is ready to serve.
