Vegetable Cutlet/Vegetable chop!!

It's been a long time,I have posted any recipe.Was quite busy with so many thing's..😞.
This is one of  favourite snack of many people at our place (Bhubaneswar) and our favorite too!.
Was really having carves to have these for long time..So prepared in my way!!
Here we go..

Recipe
Ingredients:
For Cutlet

  • 2 medium size boiled potato
  • 1/2cup grated beet root
  • 1/4cup carrot finely chopped
  • 2tbsp Onion finely chopped 
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masalap
  •  1/4tspb Chilli Powder
  • 1bread slice
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Maida/all purpose flour 
  • 1/2 cup Sooji/semolina 
  • Water required to make batter
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Procedure

  • Take a fry pan put oil,once heated add onion to it and cook till it's translucent
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté till the raw smell goes off
  • Now add cumin powder,  powder, red Chilli powder and garam masala sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • Now add mashed potatoes and all veggies mix well and cook for 5 min
  • Now add salt and mix
  • Cook till the oil start coming from sides
  • Now add coriander leaves and mix well and keep the mixture aside to cool
  • In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour and little water ,to make thick consistency batter
  • On a flat surface Sprinkle the semolina
  • Once cool add bread slice into the mixture to get a good binding and roll into cylindrical shape
  • In the mean time, in the frying pan add oil for frying and let it heat 
  • Dip the the pattie in the batter and slowly roll it over semolina and make sure it coats all the sides
  • Once oil is heated,fry those pattie till it's crispy
  • Serve hot with chutney
