Holi is on our door step!!!.Let me share some why we celebrate holi with you all.The festival is celebrated until Rangpanchmi in commemoration of the divine love of Radha for Krishna. The festivities officially usher in spring,th Holi celebrated as a festival of love.

Holi is one of the most popular Hindu festivals, and it's celebrated by people both young and old. From lighting the Holika bonfire, to playing colors, to visiting with friends and family, Holi is a wonderful celebration to bring the community together and celebrate the triumph of good over evil.
 A great way to celebrate Holi is with delicious traditional Indian meals. There are many different traditional meals for Holi depending on what region you are in, but here are some popular foods and drinks you can try.
Here I came with our state delicacy called as Chena Tadiya/cheese cottage fried dumplings in sugar syrup!!


Course: Dessert(Vegan/Vegetarian)

Servings :6 persons
Ingridents
  • 1cup crumbled paneer/cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp cup all purpose flour
  •  6nos Cardamom
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Water/Milk 1/4cup Approx required to make dough
  • 1cup sugar 
  • 1 cup Oil/ghee for frying
Procedure
  • In a mixing bowl add crumbled paneer and maida/all purpose flour and salt 
  • And mix all ingridents nicely
  • Now transfer the mixture on flat surface and knead it 
  • Add some water/milk  to make a soft dough till you feel oil on your palm and keep it aside 
  • Now take sauce pan add water and sugar and bring to boil
  • Now add some 4 Cardamom to it
  • Boil til one string consistency
  • Heat ghee for frying
  • Now add crushed Cardamom to your dough and knead for 5min more
  • Make a Pattie with help of hand and take small cap/cookie cutter cut from centre 
  • Repeat the procedure for rest of batches
  • To make sugar syrup
  • Now soak in the warm sugar syrup till it's soft and serve hot or cold!
