Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Arhar dal
  • 1/3 cup moong dal
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Raw papaya
  • 1/2 cup Raw banana
  • 1/2 cup Beans
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup Yam
  • 1/2 cup Colocasia(Saru)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 inch Grated Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup brinjal
  • 5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Panch Pohootan
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Pinch of Asofeotida
  • 3 Fry Red Chilly
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin n dry red chilly powder
  • Salt as per taste

  • Prep Time25mins
  • Cook Time30mins
  • Serves4People

Procedure:

-Take ur pressure cooker put all the dal,vegetable,One Tomato,Brinjal,water ,turmeric,salt half of grated coconut,n grated ginger n green chilly. 
-Give 2 whistle let it cool completely
-take a kadhai & put on stove ,let it heat -pour ghee then add Panch photan, bay leaf,dry chilly, hing let all the masala crackle then add whole boiled tomato from the dal(gas should be in shimmer)
-Pour the boiled dal m vegetable n wait for 1 boil off the gas.
-sprinkle roasted cumin n dry red chilly powder n rest of grated coconut. Ur dalma is ready to serve
