Recipe
Rohi Maccha Bhaja( An Odish Declicacy)

When i hear rohi maccha bhaja the combination that comes in my mind immediately is 'Pakhala'(rice with water).Being an odiya I just love the combination hot and crispy fish fry, onion, green chilli and garlic with pakhala!!.While writing this I'm literally slobbering😋😋. Just with imagination of the combination i feel like this, just imagine who satisfying it will be while having it!. And i think this is one of the most odiya's favorite food.
This delicacy is so simple and so easy and of course crispy and delicious.

This i s a very crispy fish recipe. This rohu fish fry is served as an appetizer/starter and also cooked with some Indian spices and flavored  masala paste.
Rohu is very commonly eaten in the Indian states of Odisha,TripuraBihar,
AssamWest Bengal and Uttar Pradesh and Bangladesh and  PakistanSri Lanka too.

Most freshwater fish are low in fat and high in protein. One serving of most freshwater fish provides more than 30 percent of the dietary reference intake of protein for adults.Although not as high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids as some saltwater fish, freshwater fish are a nutritious choice for lunch or dinner.
